Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the main lifts and in the town center, making it easy to find. The rooms, though slightly small and can get crowded in the morning, are clean and comfortable. The service staff, while friendly and helpful, had a touch of Basil Fawlty's demeanor but managed tasks well. The dining experience, with a good spread but lacking croissants, was okay but could use some improvements. The location is a great advantage, and being allowed to shower after checkout was a pleasant surprise. The hotel offers warm bread but the facilities could do better.
I stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were unusually spacious for the Alps, but the decor was a bit outdated with seventies-style orange patterned carpet and a vintage telephone. The staff was very nice and accommodating, even to a small child running around the dining room. The location was excellent, right in the heart of town and close to the ski lifts. The dining options were a bit basic for the price of the accommodation.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and suited our needs well during our 5-night stay in relation to the Verbier trail run. The staff were courteous and attentive, especially the more junior members. The location was excellent, being just a 5-minute walk to the main lifts and right in the heart of Verbier. However, the dining options were limited, and there were some aspects that needed improvement.
